dkwin9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting dkwin9 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following standard KYC verification. Any unconverted bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure. dkwin9 also reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to providing advance notice to the registered email address.

All player real-money balances are held in accounts that are segregated from dkwin9's operational funds. All bonuses and promotions offered by dkwin9 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. All bets placed on the dkwin9 sportsbook are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. dkwin9 will not accept claims to cancel or amend bets following confirmation, except where a manifest error has occurred.
dkwin9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — including typographical errors, system failures, or data feed errors — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account without any winnings.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time; the market on which the bet was placed is voided due to an error or insufficient data; or the Player is found to have placed the bet in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Bets accepted before a market suspension will stand unless otherwise voided under these Terms.
